Terms & Conditions
You are on the page with our terms and conditions. Here we mention all small and large print in nine articles. These conditions, together with all references, apply to every agreement that MOYU Notebooks (with Chamber of Commerce number: 77031016) concludes.
If you have any questions about this, you can always send us a message. We can be reached from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00 via firstname.lastname@example.org or via the chat function on our website. We do our best to answer you as soon as possible!
MOYU Notebooks is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under Chamber of Commerce number: 77031016. MOYU Notebooks has the right to change the general terms and conditions at any time. By purchasing you agree that the latest version of these terms and conditions will apply to the agreement.
Article 1 – Products
With MOYU we sell durable, erasable stationery made from stone paper. Our stone paper is, in combination with the MOYU pen, rewritable up to 500 times! The MOYU articles can be found in our webshop.
Article 2 – Payments
Nice that you want to purchase a writing article from MOYU! The total price of your order is stated in your shopping cart. In the shop you can pay with iDeal, PayPal, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa and if you want to pay afterwards, you can choose Klarna. You pay no shipping costs with us for shipments in the Netherlands above 40 euros.
If you order from Belgium or if you want to have your order delivered to an address abroad, you will pay shipping costs. The shipping costs differ per country. You can find the shipping costs here.
Article 3 – Deliveries
Through our partner PostNL, your order will be delivered climate neutral to the address you specified. You can no longer change the address if we have already sent your package. Therefore, pay close attention when filling in the address details!
However, if you find out soon after placing your order that the address you entered is incorrect, you can email us at email@example.com. We will then adjust the address for you as soon as possible.
We do our best to have your package delivered as soon as possible. Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 business days. If there is a delay, we will of course let you know. It can also happen that there are disruptions or delays at PostNL: unfortunately we have no influence on this.
If it is the case that it takes a very long time before you have received a package from us, you can always contact firstname.lastname@example.org. In the exceptional case that your package is lost (it happens very rarely), we will refund the purchase amount or resend your order.
Article 4 – Returns
We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If your order does not fully meet your expectations or if there is something wrong with the item, you have the right to return your order within thirty days. The costs for this are for your own account.
Returns can be made using the return form or by contacting email@example.com. After we have given you confirmation of the items you wish to return, you have five days to return them to us via a PostNL point.
Depending on your choice – a new product or the purchase amount back – we will send you a new product as soon as possible or refund the purchase amount.
Could you please return the return package to us as neatly as possible? Thank you!
Article 5 – Accountability
Of course we hope that your package ends up on your mat undamaged. In some cases a product has been damaged. That is not the intention! We would be happy to meet you in such a case. If you send a photo with a short explanation of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will help you as best we can. You are entitled to compensation that covers the maximum amount of the ordered and paid product.
However, we are not liable for damage caused by gross negligence or willful recklessness on your part. Damage that has occurred beyond our control will therefore not be reimbursed.
Article 7 – Intellectual Property Rights
We work hard every day to share MOYU's mission with as many people as possible. Together with you, we want to combat paper waste and single-use paper. If you want to work with us, you can always send a message to email@example.com.
We do not appreciate it if you use our texts, photos, images, logos and other materials without permission. All copyrights, logos and word marks are our property, you may not infringe them.
Article 8 – Complaints Procedure
We do our utmost to offer the best service in addition to high-quality items. If you do have a complaint about our products or our service, we would like to hear from you. We learn from that!
Would you like to email a short, but complete description of your complaint to firstname.lastname@example.org? Then we will respond as soon as possible and see how we can solve the problem that has arisen together.
Article 9 – Dispute Settlement
In the unlikely event that a dispute arises, we will rely on Dutch law via these general terms and conditions and the agreement we have concluded with you. In the event of a dispute, the court in Amsterdam has jurisdiction.
